The City of Kenai received a quit claim deed to the cemetery dated June 4, 1982. It is currently owned and maintained by the City of Kenai. The notation in parenthesis, following the cemetery marker inscription, is additional information. The notation “1983 information” refers to Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula Death Records and Cemetery Inscriptions published in 1983 by the Kenai Totem Tracers In Sections A and B and D the numbers were assigned by the City of Kenai in order of burial. This means that some of the grave numbers are out of order. Section A Block 6 lots one through eight are half grave lots.
