He owned and operated Homer's Meat Market in Haysville for 12 years, sold it and moved to Toronto and opened Homer's Meat Market there, which he was currently operating at the time of his death. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1954 until 1960. Homer liked to fish and enjoy the outdoors. Preceded in death by son, Homer LaRay Bottoms and a sister, Mildred Bottoms. Military Honors by American Legion Post 325.
