She was a graduate of Larned High School and St. Rose School of Nursing, Great Bend. On Nov. 10, 1941, she married Nicholas J. Meyeres in Great Bend. He died Nov. 7, 1998. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
