Plaque on front of church: "E.U.B. Church, built A.D. 1893"

Location: From Cottageville, go 4.9 miles on US 33 to intersection of Co
Rt. 5/5 (Mud Run Rd.) turn left (north) and go 1.7 mi. Cemetery is on the
left at the confluence of the left and right forks of Mud Run. The road,
5/5, is badly washed out farther north.

Condition: Mowed, fairly well kept, distinct rows.
