Contact the TX Tombstone Transcription Project Manager listed below, or the Regional File Manager listed on the county page, to contribute photos and transcriptions. Text-only transcriptions can be processed by the Project/Regional File Manager or can submitted using the GenRecords auto-upload form. Please notify the Project Manager/ Regional File Manager if you are planning on uploading using the forms or if you wish to have your files processed manually. |

Tombstone photos can also be submitted by using the Genrecords auto-upload submission form. Use of the WY GenRecords form will get your photos uploaded and linked faster. Please contact the Project/Regional File Manager before uploading photos and if you need assistance with the forms. Photo submissions can also be handled manually, please contact the Project Manager directly for instructions. |

Photos should not exceed 100kb and will require special handling if larger, which will make the process of getting your photos uploaded and linked slower. Please reduce the size of the photo and save for the web before submission. If you need help with this process, please contact the Project/File Manager. The photo program you are using can make this a simple task in most cases.We cannot accept photos of living individuals. |
