|Word Perfect or MS Works word processing tables can be substituted for Word files. Contact the Project Manager in advance if you plan on submitting your own form.|
|NOTES:||Contact me if you do not have MS Office or Works so I can help you create a character-delimited file. Instructions are here|
We cannot accept photos of living individuals. The only exception to this rule is Scouting transcriptions where there may be photos of the Scouts doing the recording.
All files submitted to the MD Tombstone Transcription Project are housed in the MDGenWeb Archives it is not necessary to submit files to both locations.
